In Fesi fu Srefi, an inexplicable spiritual experience prompts filmmaker Claudio Ghafoekhan to embark on a personal quest to discover the origins of his gift, his family history and his own identity. His journey takes him deep into the Surinamese interior, where the past, identity and spirituality prove to be intertwined.

A Dede Wroko fu La Prosperite takes the viewer to a community on a former plantation, La Prosperité, in the district of Para, where centuries-old mourning rituals are still practised. Not all customs are explained; some knowledge remains deliberately hidden and is passed on only within the community.
