On the edge of Amsterdam, on Zeeburgereiland, a unique new place for film, culture, and meeting will soon open. With five screening rooms and Bar Hattie as a cultural meeting place, Rialto Silo will be much more than just a film theater. It will be a place where visitors gather for international cinema, inspiring events, a good cup of coffee, a glass of wine after the movie, or simply to be part of a vibrant cultural environment.

The Head of Kitchen is responsible for the day-to-day management of kitchen operations within Bar Hattie and Rialto Silo, and plays a central role in maintaining quality, structure, speed, and continuity. The position requires someone who understands how food production functions within an environment with major peak moments, fluctuating customer flows, and a strong focus on manageability. The Head of Kitchen acts as the link between kitchen, service, and operations and actively contributes to consistent, efficient, and guest oriented hospitality operations within Rialto Silo.
